 कार्य व्यवस्था को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक 

    परिवार के कार्य व्यवस्था तभी सफल हो सकती है जब गृहिणी प्रत्येक कार्य को पूर्व नियोजित ढंग से करें और साथ ही साथ परिवार के सभी सदस्यों को संतुष्ट रख सके। अतः इसके लिए गृहिणी को निम्नलिखित कारक ध्यान में रखने चाहिए-

1. पूर्व योजना- गृहिणी को घर में होने वाले सभी कार्यों की पहले से एक योजना बना लेनी चाहिए के प्रतिदिन कौन-कौन से कार्य होने हैं; कौन से कार्यों को सप्ताह, महीने या वर्ष में किया जाना चाहिए। ऐसा करने से कोई भी कार्य छुट्टा नहीं है तथा सभी कार्य समय अनुसार पूरे भी हो जाते हैं।

2. गृह कार्यों का पर्याप्त अनुभव होना- कहां गया है कि ' करत करत अभ्यास ते जड़मति होत सुजान'  अर्थात जैसे-जैसे कार्य करते जाते हैं वैसे-वैसे उसे कार्य का पर्याप्त ज्ञान होता जाता है। इसीलिए जो बालिकाएं बाल्यावस्था से ग्रह कार्यों में थोड़ा बहुत हाथ बताती रहती है, व गृहिणी बनने पर अपने घर की कार्य व्यवस्था को ठीक बनाए रखने और घर को व्यवस्थित रखने में सफल होती है।

3. परिवार के विभिन्न सदस्यों का सहयोग- गृह कार्य सुगमता से हो सके, इसके लिए गृह कार्य में परिवार के विभिन्न सदस्यों का सहयोग लेना चाहिए। परंतु सहयोग लेते समय उसे सदस्य के क्षमता एवं रुचि का वेतन रखना चाहिए।

4. साधनों तथा उपकरणों का उचित सहयोग- घर के कार्यों को करने के लिए विभिन्न साधनों की आवश्यकता होती है। जो उपकरण प्रयोग में लाया जाए, उसे उपकरण की पूर्ण जानकारी होनी चाहिए जिससे उसका उचित उपयोग किया जा सके।

5. मिव्ययिता-  कम खर्चे में अच्छा कार्य करना मितव्ययिता कहलाती है। अधिक खर्च करके किसी कार्य को पूर्ण करना तो बहुत सरल होता है, परंतु भली प्रकार गृहस्थी चल सकें, इसके लिए मिव्ययिता बहुत आवश्यक है।

6. गृहिणी की निर्णय शक्ति-  परिवार में कभी-कभी ऐसी परिस्थिति आ जाती है कि उसे समय तुरंत निर्णय लेना पड़ता है। ऐसे समय में गृहिणी को घबराना नहीं चाहिए वरन् उचित निर्णय लेना चाहिए, तभी घर की कार्य व्यवस्था सुचारू रूप से चल सकती हैं।

7. कार्य विधियो का ज्ञान-  परिवार के कार्यों को सुचारू रूप से चलने के लिए यह आवश्यक है कि गृहिणी को इस बात का ज्ञान हो कि कौन सा कार्य किस समय पर किया जाना चाहिए। कार्य इस समय किया जाए जिससे परिवार के लोगों को सुविधा न हो तथा साथ ही कार्य के समय का अनुमान लगाकर कार्य करना चाहिए।

 कार्य व्यवस्था को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक 

 कुछ कारक ऐसे होते हैं जो घर की कार्य व्यवस्था को सुचारू रूप से चलने में बाधा डालते हैं। इन्हें कार्य व्यवस्था को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक कहते हैं। यह कारक निम्नलिखित हैं- 

1. गृहिणी तुरंत निर्णय लेने के अक्षम- गृहिणी यदि सही प्रकार से निर्णय नहीं ले पाती तो ऐसी स्थिति में कार्य व्यवस्था का उचित संचालन नहीं हो पाता तथा कार्य व्यवस्था कुप्रभावित होती है।

2. परिवार के सदस्यों में असहयोग- परिवार के सदस्यों में यदि अपनी सामंजस्य नहीं होता तो परिवार की कार्य व्यवस्था में बाधा उत्पन्न होती है।

3. दुर्बल आर्थिक स्थिति- परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति अच्छी न होने के कारण भौतिक साधनों की कमी रहती है। इसके परिणाम स्वरुप कार्य व्यवस्था पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है।

4. गृहिणी द्वारा गृह कार्यों का उचित वर्गीकरण करने में असमर्थता- यह अधिकारियों का वर्गीकरण सदस्यों की रुचि और योग्यता के आधार पर नहीं होता है तो अभिकारी व्यवस्था कुप्रभावित होती है।

5. नवीन उपकरणों की जानकारी का अभाव- गृहिणी यदि पढ़ी लिखी नहीं है तथा उसे नए-नए उपकरणों की जानकारी नहीं होती है तो ऐसी स्थिति में भी कार्य व्यवस्था कुप्रभावित होती है।

6. गृह क्लेश- जिन परिवारों में किसी न किसी बात को लेकर प्रतिदिन कलह होती रहती है, परिवारों में कार्य व्यवस्था पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है। उस परिवार के सदस्य मानसिक तनाव में रहते हैं, इससे भी कार्यों को करने के प्रति उत्साहित नहीं, निरुत्साहित होते हैं अर्थात् उनमे गृह कार्यों को करने के प्रति कोई रुचि नहीं रहती है।

    "गृह-कार्य व्यवस्था से आशय है कि गृह के सभी कार्यों को एक योजना बनाकर किया जाए जिससे समय, धन व श्रम की बचत हो सके।"

     प्रत्येक परिवार में असीमित कार्य होते हैं। इसमें अधिकतर कार्यों का संपादन गृहिणी को ही करना पड़ता है। किसी भी कार्य को रोक नहीं जा सकता। अतः गृहिणी की सुविधा के लिए यह आवश्यक हो जाता है। जिन घरों में सभी छोटे-बड़े कार्य गृहिणी का शारीरिक तथा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य बिगड़ जाता हैं और परिणामस्वरूप घर का वातावरण भी कलेयुक्त बन जाता हैं।

 गृह कार्य व्यवस्था का अर्थ 

     किसी भी कार्य को योजनाबद्ध ढंग से करने की क्रिया को व्यवस्था कहते हैं। ऐसा करने से प्रत्येक कार्य सरलता से हो जाता है तथा समय, धन और श्रम की बचत भी होती है। गृह कार्य व्यवस्था से तात्पर्य है कि घर के सभी कार्यों को इस ढंग से व्यवस्थित करके एवं आक्रमानुसार करना कि जिससे घर के सभी कार्य ठीक समय पर संपन्न हो जाए। साथ ही गृहिणी के समय और शक्ति की बचत हो, घर व्यवस्थित और परिवार सुखी रहे वह घर का वातावरण शांत रहे।

 गृह कार्य-व्यवस्था की परिभाषा 

     "गृह कार्य-व्यवस्था के अर्थ से आशय की गृह के सभी कार्यों को एक योजना बनाकर किया जाए जिससे समय, धन व श्रम की बचत हो सके।"

 ​​​​गृह कार्य व्यवस्था करते समय निम्नलिखित तत्वों पर ध्यान दिया जाता है-

1. सर्वप्रथम घर के समस्त कार्यों की एक योजना बनानी चाहिए।

2. योजना के अनुसार कार्यों को किया जाना चाहिए।

3. कार्य प्रक्रिया पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण रखना चाहिए।

4. कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के अनुसार करना चाहिए।

5. परिवार के समस्त सदस्यों को उसकी आयु, योग्यता एवं क्षमता के अनुसार कार्य सौंपना चाहिए।

     उपर्युक्त विवरण से स्पष्ट है कि घर के विभिन्न कार्यों को करने की ऐसी व्यवस्था करना कि सभी गृहकार्य नियमित रूप से तथा सहजता से हो जाये, कार्य-व्यवस्था करना कहलाता है।

 कार्य व्यवस्था की सफलता गृहिणी की बुद्धिमानी और कुशलता पर निर्भर करती है।

 गृहकार्यों का वर्गीकरण

      प्रात: काल से रात्रि तक घर में बहुत से कार्य होते हैं। कार्यों की सीमा बहुत अधिक होती हैं. ऐसे बहुत से कार्य होते हैं जो प्रतिदिन नहीं किया जा सकते हैं, अतः अध्ययन में सुविधा की दृष्टि से गृहकार्यों को निम्नलिखित भागों में वर्गीकृत किया जा सकता है-

1. दैनिक कार्य - दैनिक कार्यों में सभी कार्य आते हैं जो गृहिणी द्वारा प्रतिदिन किए जाते हैं। उदाहरण के लिए प्रतिदिन नाश्ता बनाना, भोजन बनाना, घर की सफाई, कपड़े धोना आदि कार्य सम्मिलित है। एक कुशल गृहिणी अपने घर के इन सभी कार्यों को योजनाबद्ध करके बड़ी सहजता से निपटा सकती है।

2. साप्ताहिक कार्य- कुछ कार्य ऐसे होते हैं जिन्हें प्रतिदिन नहीं किया जा सकता। अतः मैं एक दिन इन कार्यों के लिए निर्धारित किया जाता है। साप्ताहिक कार्य के अंतर्गत पूरे घर की अच्छी तरह सफाई करना, चादर बदलना, धुलने के लिए कपड़े डालना, बच्चों के साथ कुछ समय व्यतीत करना, बाहर घूमने का प्रोग्राम बनाना आदि कार्य आते हैं।

3. मासिक कार्य- कुछ कार्य महीने भर में एक बार किए जाते हैं; जैसे बाजार से महीने भर की खाद्य सामग्री लाना और उन्हें डिपो में भरकर शुभ अवसर करना, बिजली का बिल, बच्चों की फीस जमा करना, गैस सिलेंडर भरवाना आदि आवश्यक कार्य मासिक कार्य के अंतर्गत आते हैं।

4. वार्षिक कार्य- यह कार्य वर्ष में एक बार किए जाते हैं। यह कार्य अधिकतर वर्षा शत्रु के समाप्ति के पश्चात किए जाते हैं। इन कार्यों के अंतर्गत घर के टूट-फूट की मरम्मत, घर की पुताई तथा रंग-रोगन, साल भर का अनाज में तेल खरीदना, अचार, मुरब्बे, चटनी आदि तैयार करना आता है।

5. सामयिक कार्य- कुछ कार्य समय-समय पर करने पड़ते हैं ; जैसे स्वेटर बुनना, ऊनी वस्त्रों को साफ करके रखना, भारी साड़ियों का रखरखाव करना आदि। इन कार्यों को करने में परिवार के सदस्यों का सहयोग लिया जा सकता है।

6. आकस्मिक कार्य- ये कार्य वे होते हैं कि जो अकस्मात् सामने आ जाते हैं; जैसे परिवार में होने वाली शादी विवाह, जन्म-मृत्यु, मित्र या सगे संबंधियों के यहां जाना आदि। गृहिणी को इन कार्यों को संपन्न करने में अपने परिवार के सदस्यों का यथायोग्य सहयोग लेना चाहिए, इससे परिवार के सभी सदस्य सहयोगी बनते हैं तथा सारे कार्य बड़ी सरलता से निपट जाते हैं।

     "गृह-व्यवस्था निर्णय की एक श्रृंखला है, जिसमें पारिवारिक साधनों के अनुसार पारिवारिक लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने का प्रयास किया जाता है। इस प्रयास में नियोजन, नियंत्रण एवं मूल्यांकन इन तीनों चरणों को सम्मिलित किया जाता है।"

     परिवर्तन ही सुखी में समृद्ध होता है जब उस परिवार को चलने वाली निर्देशिका अर्थात् गृहिणी एक कुशल व्यक्तित्व की हो। परिवार को अच्छा में सुखी बनाने के लिए गृहिणी को अनेक कार्य करने पड़ते हैं। किसी भी परिवार के स्तर को देखने से परिवार के संचालिका के गुना की झलक मिलती है।

 गृह-व्यवस्था का अर्थ

      'गृह-व्यवस्था' का शाब्दिक अर्थ है- ' घर की व्यवस्था या घर का प्रबंध।' गृह कार्य को योजनाबद्ध एवं सनियोजित ढंग से संपन्न करना ही  'गृह व्यवस्था'कहलाता हैं।

      वास्तव में व्यवस्था शब्द मनुष्य के संपूर्ण जीवन से जुड़ा हुआ है। यह सारी प्रकृति एक व्यवस्थित ढंग से ही कार्य कर रही है। इसी प्रकार यदि मनुष्य अपने जीवन को आदर्श जीवन के रूप में बनाना चाहता है तो उसे व्यवस्था के बंधन में बंधन ही पड़ेगा। इसी प्रकार ग्रह को यदि एक आदर्श ग्रह के रूप में दर्शन है तो प्रत्येक कार्य व्यवस्था ढंग से ही करना पड़ेगा।

      व्यवस्था या प्रबंध एक मानसिक प्रक्रिया है, जो योजना के रूप में प्रकट होती है तथा योजना के अनुरूप ही संपादित एवं नियंत्रित होती है। व्यवस्था के रूप में योजना का कार्यान्व्यन, लक्ष्य प्राप्ति का उत्तम साधन बन जाता है।

 गृह-व्यवस्था की परिभाषा

    गृह व्यवस्था के संदर्भ में 'निकिल तथा डारसी' ने अपने विचार इस प्रकार प्रस्तुत किए हैं- "गृह व्यवस्था परिवार के लक्षण की पूर्ति के उद्देश्य से परिवार के साधनों के प्रयोग का नियोजन, नियंत्रण में मूल्यांकन है।" अर्थात पारिवारिक लक्षण की प्राप्ति के लिए गृह प्रबंध योजना बद्ध ढंग से करना चाहिए तथा समय-समय पर मूल्यांकन भी आवश्यक है।

"The Shehnai of Bismillah Khan"

  Emperor Aurangzeb banned the playing of a musical instrument called Pungi in the Royal Residence for it had a shrill unpleasant sound. Pungi became the generic name for reeded noisemakers. Few had thought that it would one day be revived. A barber of a family of professional musicians, who had acess to the Royal palace, decided to improve the tonal quality of the Pungi. He chose a pipe with a natural hollow atem that was longer and broader than the Pungi and made seven holes on the body of the pipe. When he played on it, closing and opening some of the holes, soft and melodious sounds were produced. He played the instrument before royalty and everyone was impressed. The instrument so different from the Pungi had to be given a new name.

"The Fun They Had"

​​​​​​     Margie even wrote about that night in her diary. On the Page ​​​​​​headed 17 May 2157, she wrote, " Today Tummy found a real book!"

     It was a very old book. Margie's grandfather once said that when he was little boy his grandfather told him that there was a time when all stories were printed on paper.

     They turn the pages, which were yellow and crinkly, and it was awfully funny to read words that stood still instead of moving the way they were supposed to- on a screen, you know. And then when they turned back to the page before, it had the same words on it that it had had when they read it the first time.

    "Gee‚" said Tommy, "what a waste. When you are through with the book, you just throw it away, I guess. Our television screen must have had a million books on it and it's good for plenty more. I wouldn't throw it away."

    "Same with mine," said Margie. She was eleven(11) and hadn't seen as many telebooks as Tommy had. He was thirteen(13).

      She said, "Where did you find it?"

      "In my house."He pointed without looking, because he was busy reading. "In the attic."

   "What's it abouy?"

     "School."

    Margie was scornful."School?What's there to write about school? I hate school."

    Margie always hated school, but now she hated it more than ever. The machanical teacher had been giving her test in geography and she had been doing worse and worse until her mother had shaken her head sorrowfully and sent for the County Inspector.

"Nervous Tissue"

      All cells have the ability to respond appropriately to stimuli. However, the cells of the Nervous Tissue get excited very quickly and transmit this excitement very quickly from one place to another throughout the body. The brain, spinal cord and nerves are all made up of Nervous Tissue. The cells of nervous tissue are called Nerve Cells or Neurons. The cells in neuron have Nucleus and Cytoplasm. Long, thin hair-like branches emerge from it.

        A nerve cell can be up to one (1)meter long. Many Tantric Fibers come together through connective tissue to form a tantric.

     The sensation passing through Tantric Fibers is called Tantric Edification. Tantrik's guidance helps us to move our muscles as per our wish. The functional combination of nervous and muscular tissues is fundamental in almost all living organisms. Also, this combination provides movement to the animals as per the stimulus.

"Parts of Cells"

• Nucleus:- Different parts of the cell are colored in different colors depending on their chemical composition. Some areas appear darker and some lighter. In addition to iodine solution, we can also use fardin or ????????? blue solution to color the cells.
• Cytoplasm:- When we looked at slides of onion slices and human cheek cells, we saw a large area in each cell that was surrounded by a cell membrane. There are very few dhabas in the area. This is called ?????????.
• Endoplasmic Reticulum(ER):- The Endoplasmic Reticulum is a large system of membrane-bound tubes and sheets. These resemble long tubes or round or rectangular sacs (vesicles). There are two types of Endoplasmic Reticulum; Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum (RER) and Smooth Endoplasmic Reticulum (SER).
• Golgi Apparatus:- The Golji Apparatus, described by Comillo Golji, is a system of membrane-bound flat vesicles arranged parallel to each other, which are called vesicles. These membranes are in contact with the  ?? membranes and hence form the second part of the complex cellular membrane system.
• Lysosome:-Lysosomes contain very powerful digestive enzymes which break down complex substances into simpler substances. When a cell becomes weak or dead due to disruption in cellular Metabolism, Lysosomes burst and enzymes destroy their own cells. Therefore Lysosome is also called 'Suicide Bag' of the cell.
• Mitochondria:- Mitochondria are the power house of the cell. Mitochondria are made of double membrane. The outer membrane is porous and the inner membrane is highly folded. Mitochondria are very amazing organelles because they contain their own DNA and cytosomes. Therefore, mitochondria make some of their own proteins.
• Playstid:-​​​​​​Plastids are located only in plant cells. There are two types of plastids; Chromoplast (coloured plastids) and Leucoplast (white and colored plastids) The chromoplast which contains chlorophyll pigment is called chloroplast. Plastids are like mitochondria in external structure. Like mitochondria, plastids also have their own DNA and ribosomes.
• Vacuoles:-Vacuoles are storage sacs of solid or liquid substances. The vacuoles in animal cells are small, whereas the vacuoles in plant cells are very large. Therefore, the cell is a basic structural unit of living organisms. It is also a basic functional unit of life.
