Price: €37.00 (about ~₹3,200–₹3,400, depending on exchange rates)

🍃 Product Description

  • This is a ceremonial-grade matcha, meaning it's intended for high-quality, traditional Japanese tea preparation (e.g., tea ceremony style).

  • Made from first harvest (Ichibancha) Tencha leaves, which are described as young and tender and chosen for superior taste.

  • Leaves are shade-grown about 25–30 days before harvest, a technique that boosts chlorophyll and amino acids, creating a richer flavor and bright green powder.

  • The tea is stone-ground into a fine, vibrant green powder and typically has an intense, umami-rich taste with a gentle sweetness.

  • Origin: Kagoshima region on Kyushu, Japan.

🧉 How It's Prepared

  • Use about 1–2 g (½–1 tsp) of matcha powder.

  • Warm your bowl and whisk first.

  • Add 70–100 ml of ~80°C hot water (not boiling).

  • Whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until frothy and enjoy.

📦 Storage & Tips

  • Store cool, dry, and protected from light once opened to preserve freshness.

  • Best enjoyed without milk or sweeteners to fully appreciate the traditional flavor.
