Home remedies for cough, such as honey, ginger, turmeric, milk, steam inhalation, and salt water gargles, are very effective in soothing the throat and helping two clear mucus; ginger and honey mixtures, basil and black pepper, and warms soup also provide cough relief, while adequate rest and drinking warm fluids are essential. 

Effective home remedies:

  • Honey and ginger: Mix Ginger juice with honey and drink it. Drink warm water and tea with honey and Ginger, it soothes are throat.
  • Turmeric milk: Drinking warm milk mixed with turmeric and a little black paper reduce inflammation and boosts.

Other useful solution:

  • Hot soup: Drinking hot chicken soup aur vegetable soup relieves stiffness.
  • Onion juice: Mixing honey with onion juice and taking it twice a day is beneficial.
